PRODUCTION :

COOKED BEEFBURGERS are made from French CHAROLAIS beef meat.

The beefburgers forming is done under a medium pressure.

They are cooked through at 66°C and marked on both sides.

Less than 15% fat content.

Available in 50, 70, 100 gr to be in accordance to the portions recommanded by the GERMNC.
